She's heading out the door

And I can't say that I blame her

Says she needs something more

My hat's off to the guy who can tame her

Once she swore I was the guy, 

To settle her doubts, her maybe's

Said she wanted a guy who wouldn't lie

But I think she just wanted babies 

'Cause those babies have grown and gone

Now she can't find what she needs in me

And she worries there's not many dawns

Left to settle her doubts, her maybe’s
